Customers of Mosher and Associates know that Gina Butson has their best interests at heart. “Gina takes great pride in her work and truly cares about our clients. She will always go above and beyond to make sure our client is taken care of and happy, even if that means staying after hours or working from home. Gina is a valuable asset to our organization and is a very dedicated Mosher employee,” says Paul Fredrickson, agency Vice President.

Gina joined Mosher and Associates in January of 2011, working as a floater in all four of the agency’s Wisconsin offices until landing full-time in the New Glarus office in September 2011. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1999 and is licensed in property/casualty and life and health. Gina achieved her CISR designation in 2003 and earned her bachelor’s degree in business marketing in 2007.

“Listening to the customer so that I’m able to get them exactly what they need is so important to customer service,” Gina says. “I try to provide every customer the same level of service, which includes a solution to their needs with a smile. I also try to make them feel that they are my only customer. Everyone likes to feel special.”

Gina enjoys her work and appreciates the support of her colleagues at Mosher and Associates. “Everyone is willing to help one another. Our upper management makes us all feel important, and they realize that family and our physical and mental health is very important in our professional and personal lives, so they make accommodations when needed. The Mosher team treats our customers like family as well, and we are heavily committed to community involvement,” she says.

Gina’s service attitude extends beyond her work at the agency as well. Her passion in life is giving and helping others with whatever she can, whether it be finding someone the best insurance value for the best premium, or other missions that present themselves to her to help others. She even went so far to take a train to Long Island, New York, back in 2013 to help with the cleanup of homes damaged by Superstorm Sandy. She is committed in everything she does to do her best and help out those in need.

Congratulations to Gina Butson, an Outstanding Service Professional!
