Equipment breakdown coverage helps protect your business from financial loss when essential equipment unexpectedly malfunctions. This could include heating and cooling systems, computers, or even security systems. Acuity’s coverage ensures you can repair or replace the damaged equipment while keeping your business running smoothly.

FAQs
Have questions? We have answers.
Equipment breakdown is usually associated with a sudden event that causes the operation to cease. Wear and tear occur over time.
Coverage does not apply to that situation. However, if an accident results, coverage applies for the loss, damage, or expense caused by it.
If multiple pieces of equipment fail simultaeously, it will be considered a single event for claims purposes. That’s good news for you, as your deductible would only be applied once.
