Cyber Suite

Cyber crime is one of the fastest-growing types of crime in the world. Every business of every size faces cyber risk. Companies can be held liable for damages resulting from loss of confidential customer or business data and also face costs associated with responding to breaches and recovery after a loss.

Cyber liability coverage

You need cyber liability coverage if you could be responsible for or sustain a business loss due to, unintended spreading of malware or a deliberate act that prevents others from gaining access to your computer system through the Internet. We pay your defense for these claims.  Data and systems restoration as well as expenses resulting from a computer attack are also covered.

Data breach coverage

If you accidentally lose or release your customers’ personal information, we will pay for data breach response expenses. In addition, we will pay the amounts you are legally responsible to pay along with your defense costs.

Identity theft coverage

Identity theft coverage pays the costs to repair personal identity. This goes above and beyond what financial institutions will pay.

    • Like many industries, construction has changed quite a bit in the past 10 to 15 years. I remember the industry 40 years ago, when I started in it, and it looks nothing like the construction of today. When I talk to contractors who have been in the construction industry as long as I have, we end up reminiscing about how the industry was when we first began. There seems to be a connection as we share with each other how we used to do things—things that this generation today will never experience.
    • As a small business owner, you know that health insurance-related costs are a big concern. But while you know healthcare is expensive, you also know that keeping your employees healthy is important to their happiness and your bottom line. As more jobs shift to an office setting, sitting is now being referred to as the new smoking. Therefore, your office building is in a unique position to get employees more active.
    • It’s summertime, and that means it’s grillin’ time. Unfortunately, those gas and charcoal grills that help create the perfect steak also create an additional fire hazard. Each year, grills cause nearly 9,000 fires and result in 16,000 injuries—over half of which are burns.
