Outstanding Service Professional: Angie Zander

Customers of the Kramer Agency appreciate the expert service that Angie Zander provides.

“Angie is very attentive to details and is very customer-service oriented,” says agency President Pat Thomas. “She is very professional and stays on top of things, finds answers to questions, and gets back to customers right away.”

Angie is a Commercial Lines Account Manager and Accountant and has been with the Bismarck, North Dakota-based agency for nine years.

“I believe the key to great customer service is communication, honesty, and being prompt. I strive to reply to emails and calls quickly to provide my insureds with the information they need or to let them know I am working on their request,” she says.

Angie likes the variety of her work and appreciates the chance to learn something new every day. She also enjoys working with her colleagues at The Kramer Agency.

“Our agency feels like one big family,” she says. “It is very easy to show up to the office each day when you know that everyone is on the same page. We are able to always go to each other for help where needed, even if that’s just for a quick chuckle to help us through the day. We are truly a team-based agency!”
