Outstanding Service Professional - Stephanie Huber

Stephanie Huber has been with the Security First Insurance Agency in Littleton, Colorado, since its founding in 2004. Agency founder and Principal Jeff Krommendyk says that Stephanie isn’t just loyal to the agency—she’s one of its best advocates.

“Stephanie always looks out for the agency. Her loyalty is incredible,” Jeff says. “And when it comes to customer service, she simply has a commitment to excellence. She is one of the hardest working people I know.”

Stephanie is the agency’s Commercial Lines Account Manager and has been in the insurance business since 1992. She enjoys the diverse nature of commercial lines business and working with the agency’s customers.

“Every day I learn something new,” she says. “I’ve also been working with some customers for my full 16 years here. I love getting to know them on a personal basis and watching them grow their business.”

Stephanie says that caring and understanding are at the foundation of great customer service.

“It’s important that you bring the insurance knowledge to the table to help them choose what best suits their needs, but what customers often need most is someone to listen,” says Stephanie, who has earned the CISR and CIC designations. “When claims happen and they are stressed, or when they face financial challenges in uncertain times, you need to be a sounding board for them.”

Stephanie adds that all the staff at Security First Insurance share a commitment to service excellence.

“We are all focused on managing clients’ risks effectively,” she says. “We work as a team and are always willing to jump in and help each other.”
