CSR of the Month: Diane Haycraft

Old Kentucky Insurance Producer Charlie Hawley has one word to describe Commercial Lines CSR Diane Haycraft: incredible.

“Diane has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty time and time again,” says Charlie, who works in the agency’s Shelbyville, Kentucky office. He can cite many examples of that, but the best happened recently when he was in the ICU for several weeks. 

“Working closely with my awesome Acuity Commercial Underwriter, Sarah Horne, Diane not only serviced my existing business but also wrote new business for me. During the month of September, Diane wrote over $50,000 of new business on my behalf,” says Charlie.

Diane is a Commercial Lines CSR for the Louisville-based agency, joining the Old Kentucky team six years ago. She has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and says that a fast response is what customers appreciate most.

“Getting done what customers need right away and returning calls fast is important,” she says. “Overall, I make sure I do my job efficiently while being a friendly voice on the other end of the line.”

Diane enjoys the variety of commercial insurance. “Every situation is different, and every customer who calls needs something different. I learn something new every day,” she says, adding that the Old Kentucky team shares a commitment to service excellence.

“Everyone here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient,” she says. “We all work hard to take good care of our customers.
