“What makes Jessica so special is that she truly cares, both for our customers and for everyone at our agency,” says Malcolm Brooker, agency President. “She is also incredibly detail-oriented and responsive, which is extremely important in the transportation world. Everything she does is done in the most professional manner as well.”

 

Never has that care been more important than during the pandemic, when trucking clients have been under incredible stress. “Our clients are looking for help. They are looking for us to be responsive and to solve problems for them, and they can count on Jessica to be there for them,” Malcolm says.

 

Jessica has been with the Strongsville, Ohio-based agency for five years and is an Account Manager in the Brooker Transportation division. She says that being efficient and effective is essential in the fast-paced world of trucking insurance.

 

“When customers call, they need questions answered and things turned around very quickly and correctly. If they are sitting at the dock and need a certificate to get moving, they need that done now, not later,” she says, adding that everyone at the agency shares a commitment to service excellence.

 

“Across the board, everyone knows that relationships are the foundation of service. Every customer we have knows that we care about them and that we take the time to get to know them,” she says. “We help people prepare for the worst and hopefully avoid it, but if it does happen, they trust that we are here to help them become whole again.”
