It’s no secret why Erin Konkol from Wisconsin’s Vizance agency is this month’s Outstanding Service Professional honoree.

“Erin’s professionalism, knowledge, and attitude are outstanding. During her more than eight years with us, she has consistently shown a desire to grow as an insurance professional, while displaying exceptional enthusiasm and delighting her clients. Erin truly demonstrates Vizance’s values, and I’m proud to have her on our team,” says Jeff Cardenas, President of Vizance.

Erin says that one of the most important things in customer service is making the client feel important by delivering the best experience possible.

“I am here to give clients peace of mind by knowing that they have the right coverages they need,” says Erin, Risk Management Client Service Advisor and Team Leader based in the agency’s Hartland, Wisconsin headquarters. “Making sure they don’t feel like a number or just another phone call is one of the most important aspects of the role I am in. Forming relationships with clients and learning more about them on a personal level is something I also try to accomplish with each of my clients.”

Vizance prides itself on having an associate-first culture, and all the agency’s associates are committed to service excellence. “When it comes to the customer experience, Vizance makes sure the client is taken care of, no matter what. It doesn’t matter who they talk to on our team—we all work together to make sure that we answer all of the clients’ questions or help them any way we can,” Erin says.

“More than anything, I love the people I work with,” she adds. “We spend so much of our time with the people we work with, so forming those relationships is of utmost importance to me.”

Congratulations to Erin Konkol, Outstanding Service Professional!
