Customers of Mel Foster Insurance depend on the agency to provide fast, expert service, and that’s exactly where Account Manager Sarah Bohling excels.

“One of Sarah’s biggest strengths is working in a fast-paced environment that the transportation industry brings. She is very driven to succeed and hardworking, which helps her find solutions to issues we may have while working with an insured. Her selflessness, problem solving, and knowledge of the product and transportation industry set her apart,” says Andy Schoonover, Producer at the Davenport, Iowa-based agency.

Sarah has been with Mel Foster for 15 years. She worked in personal lines and commercial lines before joining the agency’s transportation specialty division 12 years ago.

“One of the most important keys to providing great customer service is really making an effort to get to know your customers as well as their unique businesses. I always try to provide my customers with prompt, accurate, and knowledgeable service,” she says.

“I thoroughly enjoy working at Mel Foster and do think of them as my work family. It is great to be able to go to work in such a caring and family-oriented environment. Everyone works together as a team to be able to meet our clients’ needs as quickly as possible,” says Sarah.

Congratulations to Sarah Bohling, an Outstanding Service Professional!
