Kim Wicoff has been with Gilbert Insurance Group since its founding in 2009. Her role has evolved from servicing commercial lines accounts to being responsible for the entire agency’s customer satisfaction, including designing and executing its comprehensive client services program.

“With our clients, Kim has a genuine knack for service that’s second to none,” says agency President Aaron Stauss. “She is very intelligent, excels at problem solving, and brings a personal touch to every client interaction.”

“Great customer service is about your orientation around a customer,” says Kim, Vice President. “When a client or prospect understands your orientation they can predict how we will think and act in future situations with them.”

The agency’s orientation around customer satisfaction includes treating people like people and not objects, determining their existing concerns and strategies to take care of them, and helping them avoid potential breakdowns. In turn, that allows space to open up opportunities for them in their business as well as placement opportunities in the marketplace.

Kim enjoys her work at the agency and appreciates the commitment the agency’s account managers and entire team bring to customer service.

“Together they have helped me in designing new offers and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. They are ambitious and strategic. They are an asset in our agency’s high retention,” says Kim. “It’s fun to work with a talented group of people who are oriented around the clients’ concerns.”

Congratulations to Kim Wicoff, an Outstanding Service Professional!
