In the insurance business, customer relationships are built on trust, and that’s an area where Danielle Marchant of Beehive Insurance excels.

“Danielle possesses the interpersonal and technical skills that enable her to quickly gain the trust of our clients, underwriters, and fellow employees. When working with our clients, she can communicate just as effectively with an executive or a support level employee to help them understand insurance.  Additionally, she also gains the trust and confidence of underwriters with open and transparent communication,” says Doug Snow, President of the Salt Lake City, Utah-based agency.

“As one of our Account Manager team leaders, Danielle effectively builds the trust and confidence of coworkers and many of them come to her for advice and direction,” he adds. “We are truly grateful and appreciative of Danielle and her effectiveness and skills.”

Danielle is Lead Account Manager at Beehive Insurance. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2002, later achieving the designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. Danielle brought her passion for insurance to the Beehive team in early 2013 and currently manages Bonds & Commercial Lines Accounts.

“I want my customers to know they are important and that they are in good hands, with knowledgeable people backing them up. I also work with our carriers to let them know we care about the agency-carrier relationship. Communication is key,” Danielle says, adding that she enjoys her work and the people she works with.

“We love our insureds, and I want to always let them know that the agency believes they are important to us. They’re number one in our book,” says Danielle. “We’re a great team, and at the end of the day, it’s about all of us doing the best we can. I’m so proud to get to be a part of it.”
