Angela Krause is a Personal Lines Account Executive at The David Agency Insurance in Elmhurst, Illinois. She joined the agency almost 10 years ago and says that great customer service is built on knowledge.
“It’s very important to explain coverages to customers. We want people to be comfortable with their decisions about the insurance protection they put in place,” she says.
“Customers also deserve a quick response,” she adds. “We focus on being very responsive and getting back to people the same day.”
Angela began her insurance career 25 years ago and has worked with Acuity for the past 20.
“I’ve watched Acuity grow over the years. I love having a dedicated underwriter with Acuity. And Acuity comes to the plate for customers and delivers new coverages, such as service line and cyber. They think outside the box to give people what they don’t know they need,” she says.
“I love what I do, and I hope it shows in my dedication to my clients,” Angela adds.
