Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, and with a history that dates back to 1910, SeibertKeck Insurance Partners has grown to over 190 employees across 20 offices who are focused on “doing the right thing, every time.”

“We are blessed to have an incredible team working for our customers. We are also blessed in that we work in a noble industry where not only are we able to manage a customer’s risk, but we are also able to support the needs of our community,” says agency President and CEO Craig Hassinger.

That community support is reflected in the time, talent, and treasure contributed by the agency and its associates to over 100 different organizations, including service on over 40 nonprofit boards.

Balanced Growth

Throughout its history, SeibertKeck Insurance Partners has pursued a balanced strategy of acquisition and organic growth to drive success.

“Particularly over the past five years, we have been strategically bringing on partners—community-based agencies that are interested in continuing their story through the perpetuation model we can provide,” Hassinger says.

The agency has also carved out several successful niches, including in the trucking industry, making the agency a great fit for Acuity.

“Creating a niche momentum has helped us grow organically,” Hassinger says. The agency is also endorsed by leading trade associations, and its leaders in those niches are well recognized for their reputation and expertise.

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is also on a mission to change the insurance-buying experience. With access to regional, national, and international insurance markets, the agency combines the best of what a community-based agency can offer with the resources of a top-100 independent insurance agency to focus on client education, improving risk profiles, and controlling costs.

Future Focus

With a proven growth model in place, SeibertKeck Insurance Partners plans to stay focused on what works in the years ahead.

“We are looking to align with more partners through acquisitions or mergers, as well as invest in new producers and account managers, with the goal of growing our client base. Not only do we have to look at our own growth strategies, but we have to align those strategies to our carriers,” Hassinger says.

“That alignment is something very important we’ve recognized over our agency’s history,” he adds. “If we create that alignment, it strengthens the agency-carrier partnership and drives our mutual success.”
