Tammy Christall Goes the Extra Mile for Her Customers

Tammy Christall joined CBS Insurance, LLP (a member of the Insurors Group, LLC) in Abilene, Texas, in 1996. She was selected as the agency commercial lines manager in 2004 and earned her CIC designation in 2007. 

“Tammy’s natural leadership style is to lead by example. In her role as an account manager she sets a high bar for others in her department. It is well known around CBS that she would never ask anyone to take on a task she would not be willing to tackle herself,” says Peter Lauve, CBS partner. 

In addition to her primary responsibilities as Account Manager and the agency’s Commercial Lines Manager, Tammy also takes an active role in overall agency leadership and is someone the managing partners lean on heavily for guiding and growing the agency. 

For Tammy, helping and getting to know customers is what makes her job enjoyable. “Making clients feel important and appreciated are the keys to success,” she says.
