Suzy Olinger Is Dedicated to Outstanding Customer Service

According to Fischer, Rounds & Associates President Chris Rounds, dedication to clients is what sets Suzy Olinger’s service apart.

“Suzy is always striving to do what is best for our clients and it shows,” he says. “She is diligent about her education and is a resource for me and other agents in our agency. I am very proud to have Suzy as a colleague.”  

Suzy is Commercial Lines Account Manager and Marketer. She has been with the agency for over 20 years and works in the agency’s Mitchell, South Dakota office. In her experience, she has found that responding quickly and personally is what clients appreciate most.

“Picking up the phone, listening to what people have to say, and making a connection with the person on the other end of the line is tremendously important,” she says, adding that she works to build personal relationships with underwriters as well.

“You have to build relationships based on being honest and upfront so that underwriters know they can trust what you’re sending to them,” she says. “I like to think of my underwriters as friends.”
