There are many good things to say about Brandi Bennett’s customer service, including her positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ever-present smile. But what stands out most is the work ethic she brings to personal lines customers of Harnish Insurance.

“Brandi is a very dedicated and extremely hard worker,” says Bryan Harnish, President of the Mesa, Arizona-based agency. “She truly cares about the well-being of our customers and they love working with her.”

Brandi is Personal Lines Account Manager and has been with Harnish Insurance since 2001. She has extensive knowledge of all personal lines and is committed to making customers her priority.

“People need to trust their insurance agency, which is why I try to get to know our customers personally,” she says. “Good service is built on taking the time to have real conversations that show you care.”

Brandi adds that all the staff at Harnish Insurance share a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. “We have a great team where everybody complements each other’s skills,” she says.

Congratulations to Brandi Bennett, an Outstanding Service Professional!
