What stands out about Tegeler & Associates’ Melissa Montoya is her remarkable drive to increase her knowledge and make her great customer service even better.

“This industry is an everyday learning experience, and Melissa is always wanting to learn more,” says John Pivic, Producer. “She also has a strong work ethic and always puts in the extra work to get things done. Her service and willingness to help existing clients and prospects is outstanding as well, and Tegeler is lucky to have her as part of our team.”

Melissa says that delivering great service starts with a positive attitude. “Always have a smile on your face,” she says. “Answer questions promptly, show customers you care, and always be there for them—that’s what people appreciate.”

Melissa has been with the Rock Springs, Wyoming-based agency for 17 years. She is a Commercial CSR and recently earned the CISR Elite designation.

“I really enjoy this work because there’s something new every day. It keeps your mind active,” she says.

“I also appreciate the great relationships formed with our customers and the wonderful people I work with here at Tegeler,” Melissa adds. “I’ve worked with many of the same people during my entire time here. We’re like family.”

Congratulations to Melissa Montoya, Outstanding Service Professional!
