Aida is service-oriented and committed to getting things done, whether it’s a short request that takes a few minutes or a long project that takes months. She never gets flustered, is always on an even keel, and has a really great sense of humor on top of all that,” says agency President John Mann.

 

Aida is a Commercial Account Advisor for the Chantilly, Virginia-based agency and holds the CLCS and CRIS designations. She explains that relationships are the foundation of great customer service.

 

“My team and I strive to build relationships and connections with our clients and ensure each interaction is personal,” she says. “We communicate amongst each other by sharing ideas and strategies on how to make the process easier for the client. In addition to making sure our clients are insured properly, we want to make sure they have a pleasant and professional experience when we interact.”

 

Aida enjoys working with a diverse commercial clientele. “By having the opportunity to work with commercial clients, I’ve grown to enjoy the different individuals that I’ve come across,” she says, adding that her coworkers are also more than just colleagues—they are friends.

 

“Spending the majority of our time with each other allows our relationships to develop beyond solely a professional relationship,” Aida says. “There is never a dull moment and they make work an enjoyable environment.”
