Regina Young of Haddock & Associates Insurance Services in Sandpoint, Idaho, has built a reputation for doing things right.

“What distinguishes Regina is her commitment to her profession, our agency, her clients, and the companies she represents. Regina holds herself to the highest standard as an Account Executive at Haddock & Associates,” says John Naccarato, agency Principal based in the firm’s Coeur d’Alene, Idaho headquarters.

“Regina understands and embraces the significance of her job in protecting her clients’ assets and her role as a trusted advisor. She is one of the first people in the office and one of the last to leave each day, making those extra phone calls or sending those extra emails to give clients peace of mind,” he adds.

Regina began her insurance career working in a number of positions at different insurance companies in the Pacific Northwest. She later worked in personal lines insurance for an agency in the Seattle area. Today she is Commercial Account Executive for Haddock & Associates Insurance Services and  has earned the Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.

“Regina is great at creating professional relationships with our underwriters,” says Cheri Robbins, Commercial Lines Manager. “She is always willing to help, whether it’s with new business, remarketing, service, or anything else. Her turnaround time is fantastic, and she knows how to front-end underwrite risks to get them to the correct market.”

Congratulations to Regina Young, an Outstanding Service Professional!
