CSR of the Month - Darnella Rodriguez

As Unit Supervisor at Higginbotham in Austin, Texas, Darnella Rodriguez knows how important communication is to the agency’s customers.

“People are busy, so I always try to communicate in a way that’s clear and concise,” she says. “I do my research and try to be prepared to answer the types of questions customers have. That not only shows you are prepared and have done your work but that you can guide clients to those real-time answers.”

Darnella holds the CISR, CIC, and CRM designations. She was also named both the 2021 Outstanding CSR of the Year for Texas and the 2021 National CSR of the Year by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Check out Darnella’s recognition video!
