Mindy held both account manager and underwriting roles at insurance carriers before joining Robins Insurance in 2018.
“The key to success on both the agency side and the carrier side is earning trust and treating people how you would want to be treated,” Mindy says. “On the agency side, it’s about educating customers on the markets and products and being diligent about responding to clients timely and professionally.”
Mindy enjoys working in the habitational market. “I love looking at properties! I also am a very detailed person who loves digging into accounts and learning about them,” she says, adding that her colleagues at Robins Insurance share a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
