Customers of the Cordova Agency can count on Amy Cordova to deliver consistent, outstanding service.

“Amy is very in tune with our customers, and they appreciate her. She understands what customers need and want, and she delivers. She is also uniquely empathetic, delivering a high touch personal interaction that creates long-term customer satisfaction when that is what the customer desires,” says Jeremy Cordova, co-owner of the Merrill, Wisconsin-based agency.

“Delivering the right service at the right time also makes Amy a true standout in her field. She understands when a customer’s time is of the essence and delivers on tight time frames,” Jeremy adds.

Amy joined the Cordova Agency in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative and has since moved on to become the Customer Service Representative Lead, primarily helping the agency’s commercial lines accounts. She holds the CISR designation and is working toward her CIC.

“Being responsive is essential when working with commercial customers,” Amy says. “Contractors in particular are always pressed for time and need matters handled quickly. You also need to be adaptable to when, where, and how they want to communicate about their insurance needs.”

Amy enjoys the diverse, fast-paced nature of commercial insurance and working with a great group of colleagues at the Cordova Agency.

“We are a family agency, and it’s really fun being able to work with family day in and day out. We take insurance seriously, but we’re able to joke around and alleviate some of the stress that comes with it,” she says.

Congratulations to Amy Cordova, an Outstanding Service Professional!
