In her 26 years at Consolidated Union insurance agency, Jessica Grisez has established a well-earned reputation for service excellence.

 

“I have worked with Jessica since she started at Consolidated Union, and she has always been one of the hardest-working, most dedicated individuals I have ever worked with,” says agency Commercial Lines Manager Conni Oldham. “Her commitment to her customers’ needs is apparent in her daily interactions, and everyone in our agency could not be happier that she is being honored by Acuity as an Outstanding Service Professional.”


Jessica started at the Logansport, Indiana-based agency as a life and health secretary. She worked to become a licensed Customer Service Representative and eventually earned a promotion to her current role of Assistant Commercial Lines Manager. Jessica also holds the CIC designation.

 

“What started as ‘just a job’ turned into a rewarding career that I really enjoy. I can’t imagine doing anything else,” Jessica says, explaining that the most important aspect of customer service is dependability.

 

“Customers depend on us to be there for them when they need us and to provide stability they need in their daily business operations,” she says. “Customer service also has to include listening, looking out for customers’ best interests, being prompt in turnaround times, and being friendly and respectful.”

 

Jessica adds that everyone at Consolidated Union shares a commitment to service excellence. “We work well together and we pool our individual knowledge and experiences together to make an extremely strong agency,” she says. “That experience truly shows in how we do business.”
