I’ve been in an accident. What do I do?
Report the accident to the police, even if it’s minor. Take photos of the scene and get as much information as possible from anyone else involved (vehicle information, names, addresses, insurance providers, etc). Contact us as soon as possible to report a claim, via phone at 800.242.7666, our website, or through your local agent.
Do I get roadside assistance for my RV?
If you have towing and labor coverage, you also have 24/7 emergency roadside assistance coverage.
I rent out my motor home when I’m not using it. Am I still covered?
No, your policy coverages do not apply while renting or leasing your motor home to others.
Can I take my motor home anywhere?
Pretty much! There is coverage while the RV is in the U.S., its territories, Canada, or between their ports.
