Recently, Acuity updated our mortgagee billing process to send bills to personal lines mortgagees electronically through Lexis Nexis. This enhancement means financial institutions now receive electronic notification from Lexis Nexis instead of a paper bill from Acuity. If a particular institution does not yet have this capability, Lexis Nexis will mail a billing statement.

If you receive a question from a bank or credit union about a mortgagee bill, log in to the Agent Center of our website. If the billing summary indicates the policy is on mortgagee bill, the notification was sent electronically to the institution through Lexis Nexis.
