PACKAGED INSURANCE

Packaging your car and home insurance into one policy makes sense when it comes to price and convenience.

Acuity is different than most insurance companies. In addition to world-class claims service, there are many ways we make bundling your insurance the obvious choice.

Road and Residence®

Our most popular package program that combines your vehicles, home, and other personal insurance into one policy with several value-added features. You’ll automatically get replacement cost for your home and your personal property. You’ll also enjoy one high limit that can apply to any property as well as a single deductible.

Per-Pak®

Another package option if Road and Residence doesn’t fit your needs. Per-Pak offers the flexibility of combining any two or more things to make a package. Have a boat and a car? Make it a Per-Pak to get more discounts.

Discounts

Save up to 20% when you combine all of your home, vehicle, and umbrella insurance.

Convenience

With a package policy, recordkeeping is simplified—keep track of all your insurance in one account.

Replacing your belongings

With a Road and Residence policy you automatically get personal property replacement. This means that if your property is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can buy NEW items to replace them. That’s a new camera even if the one damaged was three years old!

Home replacement - guaranteed

Included with a Road and Residence policy, home replacement covers the full cost of repairing or rebuilding your house after a total loss, even if it exceeds your policy limit.

Single deductible

With a combined auto and home insurance policy, there’s no need to worry about different deductibles for different things. If you have a home claim and an auto claim, they both go toward the same deductible, meaning insurance kicks in faster and you have less out-of-pocket expense.

One high limit

With a Road and Residence policy, you get a high limit that can apply to any property. Most policies have specific limits for certain things (like a limit for jewelry). Having one blanket limit allows your package policy to cover the cost of something that may have otherwise been over your limit.

Umbrella

This coverage adds an extra layer of protection, so you know you’re ready for those unexpected incidents.

Roadside assistance

Emergency roadside assistance is available 24/7 by calling 866.732.1466.

    • Look around your house. You have a ton of stuff! There are items you probably wouldn’t even think about if you were asked to list all of your possessions. Well, what would happen to that stuff if a disaster struck or your house was broken into? If you answered that your home or renters insurance would cover it, you are correct.
    • Does your current auto insurance policy provide the protection you expect? Many times people aren’t sure what their insurance covers until it is too late. Here are some auto coverages that are generally available, but not typically included in an auto policy.
    • Your auto and homeowners insurance policies keep you protected, but  sometimes that isn’t enough. Unfortunately, bodily injury and damages from a bad at-fault accident can quickly exhaust the liability limits of an auto or home insurance policy.

    FAQs

    Have questions? We have answers.

An insurance package combines separate insurance policies into one plan. Your car, home, and umbrella information is organized under one policy number.

Combining separate policies into one reduces costs, which leads to discounts for you. Certain packaged policies, like Road and Residence, also come with special, built-in features that benefit you. Plus, managing one policy, instead of multiple, is easy and convenient.

The Road and Residence program is a combination of auto, home, and other personal lines policies. Special coverages are automatically included, and special features apply, such as having one high property limit and a single deductible regardless of the types of property damaged.

A Per-Pak combines any of your personal lines policies into one package with one common annual policy period and one billing plan. This option works best if you don’t need both auto and home insurance.  For example, you can package a car and boat under a Per-Pak policy.
