Acuity Nurse Helpline

The Acuity Nurse Helpline is a program designed to streamline healthcare access for your injured employees, making sure they receive appropriate care. This service will enable your company to reduce claim costs for nonemergency injuries, saving you money and ensuring the health and safety of your workforce.

Our nurse helpline is free of charge to all Acuity workers’ compensation accounts

The 24/7 helpline is meant to be used by your employees to get medical advice on nonemergency issues such as sprains, strains, cuts, minor burns, and debris in the eye. For injured workers with fractures, head trauma, or deep wounds, emergency care should be sought.

What makes us different?

The Acuity Nurse Helpline is staffed by multilingual registered nurses, ensuring ease of communication for your employees.  The nurses are licensed to practice in all 50 states, and the program is offered in most states where we operate. The goal of the helpline is to prevent minor incidents from becoming major claims.  We believe it to be a more efficient workers’ compensation choice for your workplace.
