Acuity Neonatal Run/Walk details

The Acuity Neonatal Run/Walk is your choice of either a 2-mile or 5K (3.1 miles) walk or run. It is a family-friendly, low-cost event that brings the community together in support of Aurora Health Care of Sheboygan County’s Neonatal Unit. 

 

Bring your friends and family to visit the free vendor expo, featuring community partners and health and wellness vendors. Vendors will be hosting demonstrations, answering questions, and selling products. 

 

Strollers are welcome on the course; however, please note that portions of both routes are completed on grass. No bikes or dogs are permitted at the event or on the course.

 

Registration information

Register at RunSignup.com today! Everyone who registers by June 26, 2026, will receive a short-sleeve t-shirt and a bag. All participants will also receive lunch and entertainment along the course.

 

If you would like to support the cause but can't attend in person, please consider our Virtual Race option. These participants donate $20 to the cause and receive a participation race t-shirt by mail.

 

Packet pick-up

  • Friday, July 17 | Noon - 5:00 p.m. (Recommended)
  • Saturday, July 18 | 6:45 - 7:30 a.m.

Friday pick-up is strongly encouraged and the best way to ensure a smooth race-day experience. 

 

Race day schedule

Race start: 8:00 a.m. sharp 

Entry to and from the event closes at 7:30 a.m., so please arrive early.

Participants should park in Acuity's south parking structure. Parking access closes at 7:30 a.m. 

Race-day registration and packet pick-up will be available only from 6:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Friday packet pick-up is highly recommended. 

 

Event fees*

  • $20 through June 26, 11:59 p.m., CT
  • $30 through July 16, 11:59 p.m., CT
  • $35 through July 18

 

*The Acuity Neonatal Run/Walk will take place, rain or shine. As this is a charitable event, refunds are not provided.

Men’s and women’s stats for both the 2-mile run and 5K run are separated into the following age groups: 10-14, 15-19, 20- 24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and up.


Yes, all 2-mile and 5K runners will receive chip timers on their bibs. Results will be posted after the event at the race site and online.


Trophies will be awarded to the top overall runners and the top runner in each age group, beginning at age 10. Medals will be given to all registered participants under the age of 9.


Complimentary lunch is provided for registered participants only. 


While we don't offer discounts, registrants can save on processing fees when purchasing as a family or group.


As this is a charitable event, refunds are not given under any circumstances.
