Wednesday Free-for-All – Employees can meet new colleagues and strengthen connections weekly with corporate headquarters free on-site breakfast, lunch, and evening happy hour.
Our family culture extends to your family and loved ones as well. We do this by hosting events throughout the year and extending access to our on-site gym, the Firm.
Fitness – Employees may register one extra person, such as a spouse, for free guest access to the fitness center and access free membership to fitness apps.
Bring a Child to Work Day – Recruiting starts early at Acuity. We love introducing young people to the variety and exciting career opportunities within insurance. Remote employees are included as well with a goodie bag sent to their children who sign up for the day!
Holiday Fest – This annual tradition invites employees and a guest to enjoy an evening of celebration and togetherness. Virtual employees that can not make it to Holiday Fest receive a $200 cash gift to use at their own discretion.
Fun Fest – Acuity’s version of a summer picnic, creating lasting memories for families. All employees, no mater work from home or corporate headquarters are invited to attend!

Our corporate headquarters has a 2,000-seat theatre-in-the-round that was uniquely designed so no one is more than 65 feet from the center circle and employees can tune in virtually. This is where we hold our quarterly town halls to update the company and have some fun with a comedian or live music!

Acuity employees share in the giving spirit throughout the year with a school supplies drive and other donations. At the end of the year, employees vote on how to distribute a monetary donation among various charitable organizations. For many employees, this is their favorite time of year. We believe when we care for each other there’s no goal we cannot reach.
