Acuity selected these vendor partners due to their product and service offerings, strong reputations, and customer reviews. Both provide a robust artificial intelligence (AI) component to their dashcam technology. The AI allows risky driver behavior to be proactively identified and addressed without a crash or event taking place.
Customers who partner with one of these vendors and share their data with Acuity may be eligible for a premium discount.

Is there a discount offered on equipment?
Yes! Motive and Samsara offer Acuity customers a discount of up to 15% on equipment. Customers should use the Acuity partner portals to learn more.
How do I receive a discount on my insurance premium?
To be eligible for a discount on insurance premiums, you must be enrolled in and subscribed to a Samsara or Motive safety program, and elect to share your telematics data with Acuity. Interested customers should first speak to their independent insurance agent to discuss premium discount eligibility. Discounts are based on underwriter discretion and may not apply for all accounts.
How do I share telematics data with Acuity?
Once you have discussed discount eligibility with your independent agent, log in to your Motive or Samsara dashboard and install the Acuity app from the Motive or Samsara App Marketplace.
*Samsara’s discount is only available to businesses operating fleets of 11 or more vehicles. Customers must also sign a 3-5 year contract with Samsara.
