At its December 2025 Town Hall meeting, Acuity’s employees voted to distribute $500,000 among six charitable organizations: Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation; Fresh Meals on Wheels of Sheboygan County; Mental Health America Lakeshore; Safe Harbor; The Salvation Army; and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Based on employee votes, MHA Lakeshore earned the largest allocation of more than $105,000. The other five organizations each received allocations ranging between nearly $58,000 and over $100,000.

Acuity has been honored with an ACORD Implementation Excellence Award at ACORD Connect 2025, recognizing the company’s leadership in applying ACORD standards to deliver seamless digital experiences for independent insurance agents.

Acuity announced that S&P Global Ratings (S&P) reaffirmed the insurer’s A+ credit rating.

Acuity earned a Gold Spark Award from Ivans for the insurer’s agency connectivity successes. Ivans Spark Awards recognize companies that are sparking digital connectivity by using technology to support the growth of their agency partners across the policy lifecycle.

Acuity Insurance is ranked number 15 on the 2025 Deloitte Wisconsin 75, the annual program honoring the state's largest closely held firms for their impact on the Wisconsin economy. Acuity previously ranked 19th and has been featured on the list 19 times.
