Highlighting Acuity's recognition is the company’s plan to install a full-size Ferris wheel when it completes its facilities expansion in 2016. Dubbed the ACUITY Charity Wheel, the installation will serve as a showcase for charitable and philanthropic events held at the company’s headquarters.

In 2012, Acuity had temporarily installed a vintage Ferris wheel within its headquarters as part of a fundraiser for the Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a project that served as the inspiration for the current installation.
