In her time at Bosworth & Associates, Stacie Stollery has distinguished herself for having a can-do attitude and a commitment to putting customers first.

 

“Stacie has been a breath of fresh air here in our agency and has done a fantastic job of wanting to learn as much as she can about commercial insurance,” says Michael Bosworth, agency President. “She always accepts new challenges with a positive attitude and is not afraid to ask her coworkers for advice on how to address the challenge she has been presented with.”

 

Stacie joined the agency in October 2017 as a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Her prior experience in the hospitality sector gave her an additional perspective on the importance of customer service.

 

“I believe that creating a great customer experience goes a long way and is built on complete, open communication,” she says. “If there is ever an issue that comes up on an account, I want to reach out to customers and let them know I will do whatever it takes to take care of them.”

 

Stacie says that all the staff at Bosworth & Associates share a commitment to service excellence, adding that the agency is an advocate of the “Purple Cow” philosophy. Coined by marketing guru Seth Godin, the phrase Purple Cow describes “something phenomenal, something counterintuitive and exciting and flat-out unbelievable.”

 

“If you look in a field and see a purple cow, it stands out, and that’s what we want to do when it comes to customer service,” says Stacie.
