Commercial clients of Shanahan Insurance can count of Laura Sullivan’s customer service.

Laura is a Commercial Lines Manager and celebrated 19 years at the Frankfort, Illinois-based agency this October. She says that speed of service is essential in the fast-paced commercial sector.

“You need to respond quickly to calls and questions,” she says. “It’s also important to answer coverage questions by drawing on real-life situations, not just with policy language, and to recommend coverages for customers as they grow.”

Laura says that she enjoys the challenge and diversity of commercial lines. “Each day is different, all customers are different, and everyone’s coverage needs are different,” she says. “I learn something new every day.”
