I don't have towing and labor coverage. Can I still take advantage of the roadside assistance program? 

Yes, you can still use Acuity’s roadside assistance program, but payment for any services will have to be made up-front. Contact your agent if you would like to add towing and labor coverage to your policy.

 

24/7 roadside assistance

What does roadside assistance cover? 

Emergency roadside assistance is there for you if your vehicle stops running due to non-accident-related events, whether you are on the road or in your own driveway. 

  • Towing: Acuity does not have a mileage restriction for towing. We will tow it where you want it, not just to the closest shop.  

  • Tire change: Flat tires happen. One of our roadside service providers will replace your flat tire and get you back on the road.  

  • Jump-starting a dead battery: If your vehicle’s battery is dead, call our 24/7 roadside assistance to safely get jump-started. 

  • Fuel and fluid delivery: Run out of gas? Call our roadside assistance service, and we will get your tank filled.

  • Locksmith service: Having one of those days? If you locked your keys in the car, don’t sweat it—a locksmith is just a phone call away. 

  • Winching: Our roadside services can pull your car from mud, snow, water, or sand if you are stuck near a road or highway. 

 

How to add roadside assistance to your Acuity policy 

Roadside assistance is automatically included with the purchase of towing and labor coverage. Towing and labor coverage pays the towing charges when your vehicle breaks down. Talk to your agent to add towing and labor coverage to your auto policy.
