We are actively monitoring the coronavirus situation and taking proactive measures to keep our employees healthy and ensure there is no impact to normal customer service operations. Our employees are equipped with the technology they need to work remotely and from home, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and providing the service and support you need during this time.

 

Auto Insurance Reduced-Driving Discount*

In response to decreased driving, we are discounting our personal auto rates for our customers. This reduced-driving discount will be automatically applied to policies for both existing and new customers, pending regulatory approval. 

You may see the discount in one of three ways: 

  • A refund in the amount of your discount within the next few weeks. 
  • An adjustment on your next installment bill. 
  • A credit applied to your renewal. 

 

Once the discount is applied, you will be able to see the credit on your policy documents by logging into your online account. If you do not have an online account, you can create one today.

You can access your policy information quickly and easily 24/7 within your online account. Create an online account by visiting acuity.com/new-user.

  • Access policy information and documents
  • Manage your payments

Enroll in E-Delivery

E-Delivery provides the fastest access to your policy documents, particularly during a time when postal services are prioritizing the delivery of essential supplies. You will need an online account. Once you are signed in, you will find your e-Delivery preferences under Account Management.

 

Download the Acuity Mobile App

You can also manage your policy 24/7 using the Acuity mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play.

You do not need to take any action to receive this discount. Pending regulatory approval, Acuity will automatically add a COVID Reduced-Driving Discount Endorsement to our personal auto policies. This endorsement will show as a credit on your policy declaration page(s). You can view your policy documents, including your declaration page, 24/7 within your Acuity online account.

 

If you have any questions or would like to discuss specific details of how this credit impacts your policy, please contact your agent. You can look up your agent’s contact information here.


Our team is working simultaneously to update our systems and gain the needed regulatory approvals to apply this credit. We anticipate processing the discount over the next few weeks on a state-by-state basis as we receive each state’s approval.
