11th Annual Acuity Health Challenge

The 2023 Challenge will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023

Acuity Health Challenge details

The Acuity Health Challenge is either a 2-mile or 5K (3.1 miles) walk or run. It is a family-friendly, low-cost event that brings the community together in support of important local initiatives. Proceeds will benefit Proceeds will benefit Sheboygan Aurora’s NICU.

 

Bring your friends and family to visit the free vendor expo. The expo will feature community partners and health and wellness vendors from all over the state.

 

Registration information

Register at RunSignup.com today! The first 500 runners or walkers registered will receive a cinch sack filled with items from the Vendor Expo sponsors. All participants will receive a race day t-shirt, lunch, and entertainment throughout the course.

 

If you would like to contribute to the cause but are not able to make the event, please consider our Virtual Race option. These participants donate $20 to the cause and are mailed a participation prize following the event.

 

Packet pick-up will take place on Friday, July 14 from noon to 5 p.m.

 

Race day schedule

Day-of registration and packet pick-up will take place from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. 

 

Race time is 8 a.m., sharp, and entry to/from the event will close at 7:30 a.m., so please arrive early!

 

Participants will park in Acuity’s south parking lot.

 

Event fees*

 

  • $20 through 6/25, 11:59 p.m., CT
  • $30 through 7/13, 11:59 p.m., CT
  • $35 July 14 & 15

 

*The Acuity Health Challenge will take place, rain or shine. As this is a charitable event, refunds are not provided.

Men’s and women’s stats for both the 2-mile run and 5K run are separated into the following age groups: 10-14, 15-19, 20- 24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 & Up.


Yes, all 2-mile and 5K runners will receive chip timers on their bibs. Results will be posted after the event at the race site and online.


Trophies will be awarded to the top overall runners and the top runner in each age group. Medals will be given to all registered participants under the age of 10.


Yes, lunch tickets can be purchased by spectators for $5 per ticket.


As this event is for charity and 100% of the proceeds are donated, we do not provide discounts under any circumstances.
